Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Blackinkgraphics.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Blackinkgraphics.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Blackinkgraphics.com may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with Blackinkgraphics.com, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your order will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to ship as some adjustments to files may be required before cutting/printing. If you need priority delivery then please contact us for immediate attention.

Because Blackinkgraphics.com reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors. Blackinkgraphics.com cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error. These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacture, or sale, but a error which Blackinkgraphics.com is responsible for correcting.

Ordering Procedure

The Graphic/Decal Production service we offer is a specialty service and requires great attention to detail. The design, sizes and colors you request are based on information you have provided and we will do our best to create a graphic that matches your requirements. However if you order from us and a problem occurs, these are the steps to follow.

If you order a product, you are charged immediately as stated above. We carry no stock of pre cut graphics so orders are produced within a maximum 48 hours after purchase. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, no cancellation fee will be charged and the full amount will be credited back to you.

Shipping Terms

Items are shipped with tracking numbers, and arrival times will vary based on final destination. NOTE: Some Decals shipped for promo reasons and sponsorship may not be shipped with the ability to track. Please contact us if a special method of shipping is required so we can best serve you.

Returns

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item cannot be returned since it has been manufactured to the users specifications. We will on a case by case basis review the situation and correct the situation with the appropriate action.

Payment Terms

Blackinkgraphics.com accepts credit cards through Paypal payments. All orders are paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost are subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, decal/sticker price changes, etc.
