How long will delivery take once product is ordered?

Delivery times may vary on time depending on where the order is being shipped.  For all North American orders you may see 5 to 7 business days. For International orders it may be 7 to 14 business days.  For any special shipping requests please send us a direct message.

What happens after an order is placed with BlackInkGraphics.com?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.  Actual production time will be between 24-48 hours after the order is placed and an email will be sent confirming production of your graphics. Once your order is shipped you will be provided a tracking number to monitor your package.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, a detailed invoice will be provided for your records.

Can I submit an order for custom decals?

Yes, We can produce and cut custom graphics to help bring your idea to life. Please submit your request through email, Instagram DM, or the contact form. 

Are Decals/Graphics easy to install?

Yes, our decals/graphics are easy to install and don’t require any special tools. It is best to have a clean smooth surface with no foreign debris.

Do Decals/Graphics damage vehicle paint or other surfaces?

No, vinyl graphics will not damage vehicle paint or other surfaces.  Vinyl will actually end up protecting the surface it’s applied to.

Does BlackInkGraphics.com offer group discounts for clubs or organizations?

Yes we offer group order rates for clubs and organizations *We also offer special services for drivers/teams/shops using decals as a way to generate funding and promotion

Does BlackInkGraphics.com offer wholesale pricing and white label services?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing and white label services for retail uses and will be happy to discuss any ideas you may have.
